Wonderful Tucson Maternity Session

I had the honor of photographing this BEAUTIFUL mother to be! This was a wonderfully fun session filled with lots of laughs! Photographing in Tucson, Arizona in the summer especially a maternity session isn't always the easiest and most fun because of the heat. But this day was PERFECT. The rain came in a few hours before and left literally minutes before the session leaving it cool and shady! I had the honor of photographing my Sister in Law's wedding. It was a great learning experience since it was my first wedding I got to shoot. I did a few bridal pictures beforehand and I was please with the way they turned out. I am hoping to continue to professionally take wedding pictures for couples! It's one of those special days that I love attending let alone taking the pictures they'd look at forever. I still look over my wedding album now and again. It is a quite a bit different than taking pictures of children or families because the possibilities are limitless with weddings. Between flowers, dresses, tuxes, and each moment that is missed by all the guests as the bride is putting on her dress. Theses are all moments that priceless. I do still LOVE taking pictures of families and children. The stress was lifted mostly knowing that this was my sister in law and she new that I had never done a wedding before. I was still nervous because it is a day that you can't get back if I had messed up. But I did get the pictures that she wanted and she was extremely pleased when looking through her pictures. It was a wonderful day! And once again I'm glad I was there to take the pictures for her!
